This course is designed for those who have not studied vacuum technology professionally and aims to provide them with the minimum necessary knowledge of vacuum technology, including basics of vacuum technology, vacuum gauges, vacuum pumps, vacuum materials, vacuum equipment, and safety. All lectures and Q&A will be given in English.
本講座は真空技術を専門に学んだことのない方を対象に、真空技術の基礎、真空計、真空ポンプ、真空材料、真空機器、安全など必要最小限の真空技術知識を習得してもらうことを目的としている。すべての講義及び質疑は英語で行われる。

　＊The textbook consists of lecture slides printed in black and white, with four slides per page on A4 paper.
