講演奨励賞受賞決定のお知らせ

標記学術講演会では、97件の講演奨励賞（若手研究者部門 14件、新進研究者部門 11件、スチューデント部門 72件）への申し込みをいただきました。いずれも劣らぬ質の高い内容の発表が多く、関係者一同喜んでおります。
日本表面真空学会講演奨励賞選定委員会の審査会議において厳正なる審査を行った結果、次の方々に講演奨励賞を贈呈することとなりました。（受賞決定日；2023年12月2日）

贈呈式は、2024年5月に開催される本学会通常総会の場で行う予定です。
