Mixer at the symposium site will be held. It's free of charge for participants and accompanying persons.

Mai Tai, Blue Hawaii, Pina Colada and Passion Orange Juice is served on arrival with a mini preview of the show. Standard Cocktails along with the above mentioned beverages will be offered throughout the luau (included in price). Dinner Buffet to consist of: An array of fresh salads and fruits, Lomi Lomi Salmon, Poi, Kalua Pig (roast pork), hulihuli chicken, grilled mahi mahi, beef stir fry, fried rice, sweet potatoes, chocolate macadamia nut brownies, lilikoi chiffon pie, haupia bars, chocolate ganache cake, coffee and tea.
