Oral slots are limited and may be reassigned to poster presentations. / 口頭発表の枠には限りがあるため、ポスター発表へ変更をお願いする場合があります。
Poster and oral presentaters prepare an abstract in English using the following format (Word file) and submit both a Word file and a PDF file. The file name is "name_affiliation.docx".
ポスター発表および口頭発表にお申込みの方は、下記のフォーマット(Wordファイル)を用いて要旨を英語で作成し、Wordファイルおよびpdfファイルの両方を提出して下さい。なお、ファイル名は"お名前_所属.docx"のようにして下さい。

Keynote talk / 基調講演 : 45 min including Q&A / 質疑応答込みで45分
Invited talk / 招待講演 : 30 min including Q&A / 質疑応答

General talk / 一般講演 : 15 min including Q&A / 質疑応答込みで15分

Posters should be prepared in A0 format. / ポスターはA0サイズでご準備ください。
Students will be automatically entered for the Poster Award. Non-student participants will receive a QR code for the voting form at the registration desk. We would appreciate your participation in the evaluation process. / 学生は自動的にポスター賞へエントリーされます。学生でない参加者には受付時に投票フォームへのQRコードを配布しますので、審査にご協力ください。
